1. Use of Our Website
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

2. Services and Bookings
DJ ED Entertainment provides professional DJ and event entertainment services.
All bookings and inquiries are handled through our contact form or direct communication.
Contracts are issued only after acceptance of the event, pricing, and a consultation to confirm details. Once a contract is signed and the retainer deposit is received, the booking is confirmed and becomes subject to the cancellation and refund policies outlined below.
3. Payments, Deposits, and Refunds
• A 50% retainer deposit is required to secure a date.
• Retainer deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to a new event date if the date change is approved by DJ ED Entertainment and the new date is available.
• Full contract totals are due no later than 30 days before the scheduled event date unless otherwise stated in writing.
• No refunds are provided within 30 days of the scheduled event.
• Accepted payment methods will be specified during booking.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
4. Event Changes and Cancellations
DJ ED Entertainment is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, power outages, venue issues, or client-side cancellations.
We do not reschedule events due to weather-related or other external conditions beyond our control.
In the rare event that DJ ED Entertainment cancels a performance, a refund will be issued at our discretion, but we do not guarantee a replacement DJ or alternative service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, photos, logos, music samples, videos, and graphics—is owned by or licensed to DJ ED Entertainment.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
6. Disclaimers
While we strive to provide accurate information, the content on this Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DJ ED Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or event-related claims beyond the fees paid for the specific service.
